Nikos’ food is prepared using the freshest, seasonal ingredients found mainly here in Australia and in the Mediterranean. On the menu, signature Greek dishes are found alongside local interpretations of many traditional Hellenic favourites. The food is simple, yet flavourful, allowing the ingredients to take centre stage. Horiatiki, the classic Greek salad is bursting with fresh love bite tomatoes and crisp cucumbers, as well as the best olives and feta we can find. Fresh pan roasted fish, tender oven roasted chicken need only a touch of lemon, olive oil and oregano to make them memorable and Moussaka, a traditional Greek casserole is rich with eggplant, wagyu mince and a creamy béchamel sauce.
